Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Executorwise stores and how that information is used to run the product.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the workspace you choose to use, including account details, estate profile details, checklist progress, contacts, activity notes, assets, liabilities, documents, and uploaded files.

That information can include names, contact information, financial details, dates, notes, and supporting estate records.

How we use it

We use this information to create and maintain your account, save your estate workspace, show your progress across sessions, deliver core product features, support billing access, and operate the service.

We may also use service data to troubleshoot errors, measure product usage, monitor reliability, and improve the product.

How information is stored

Workspace records are stored in the application database used by the deployment you are accessing.

Uploaded files are stored with the file storage provider configured for that deployment environment.

Payments and billing data

Billing is handled through Stripe. The app may store billing status plus Stripe customer, checkout, payment, or subscription identifiers needed to keep account access in sync with payment status.

Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Executorwise workspace itself.

Analytics and service providers

The service may use infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, and payment providers to host the product, store files, process payments, detect failures, and understand product usage.

When enabled for a deployment, this can include tools such as Stripe, Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, and Sentry.

How information is shared

We do not describe the product as a public sharing platform. Your workspace is intended to be available through your authenticated account and through service providers needed to run the product.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce the service, protect users, or respond to security or fraud issues.

Your choices

Only upload records you want stored in the workspace. You can also choose what information to keep, edit, or remove from your working estate record over time.

If you need account deletion or a data removal request, use the support channel provided by the operator of the deployment you are using.
