Terms

Terms of use

These terms describe the rules for using Executorwise as a working estate administration and recordkeeping tool.

Using Executorwise

Executorwise is a software workspace that helps you organize estate information, track follow-up, gather records, and prepare the next operational step in the estate process.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the files you upload, the people you contact, and the filings, notices, payments, or decisions you choose to make using the workspace.

No legal advice or legal representation

Executorwise is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, tax advice, or fiduciary advice.

The app helps you stay organized and prepare your work. It does not promise that any filing, notice, deadline, payment, or distribution is correct, complete, accepted, or appropriate for your situation.

Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Access to paid features may depend on your account remaining in good standing under the active billing setup for the deployment you are using.

Billing

Current pricing for this product includes $1 for your first week, followed by a $19/month recurring subscription for continued access until cancellation.

Checkout, renewals, payment method updates, cancellations, receipts, and related billing operations are handled through Stripe and the billing configuration connected to this deployment.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the estate information and files you place in the workspace. Only upload content you are allowed to store, review, and use for the estate work you are handling.

You should keep your own copies of any documents, records, notices, or evidence you cannot afford to lose.

Availability and changes

Features, pricing, workflows, and supported integrations may change over time. Access may be suspended or ended if billing fails, the service is misused, or the service is discontinued.

The operator may update these terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on this page.

Limits

Executorwise is provided as a workflow and recordkeeping tool. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every estate.

You should obtain professional advice when your situation involves disputes, unusual assets, tax complexity, contested filings, or any issue where legal or tax advice is necessary.
